Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. Scope
This Policy explains how Trade Vision AI collects, uses, stores and discloses information when you use our website, software, analysis, trading, account, support and payment features. It should be read with our Legal Center & Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect account and authentication information; name and email; support communications; chart images and uploaded content; strategy inputs; subscription and order records; connected trading-account identifiers; balances, positions, orders, fills and execution history; broker/provider connection status; device, security and reliability logs; feature usage; preferences; and configuration settings. Funded-account workflows may include the account holder's name, email, country, selected product and provisioning status.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users; provide analysis, signals and automation; connect authorized accounts; display and manage trading activity; apply configured safeguards; process and document purchases; provide customer support; provision eligible third-party products; prevent abuse and fraud; troubleshoot failures; secure the service; comply with legal obligations; and improve product reliability and functionality.
4. Trading and Automated-System Data
When you connect a trading account or enable automation, the service may process account state, market/execution data, settings and trading history needed to perform the requested functionality. This can include information used to determine whether an automated action is allowed under your selected configuration and product safeguards.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, currently Stripe where shown at checkout. Trade Vision does not need to store complete card numbers. We may receive and retain transaction identifiers, customer identifiers, subscription state, product purchased, amount, payment status and records of legal/checkout consent needed to administer the purchase and resolve billing issues.
6. Service Providers and Third Parties
We may disclose information to vendors that help operate the service, such as cloud/database hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, communications, market-data, broker/execution and support providers. When you intentionally connect or purchase a third-party broker, trading platform, funded-account product or other integration, information necessary for that connection may be shared with or received from that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
7. Sale, Advertising and Marketing
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change in a way that creates an opt-out right under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and choice before using information in that manner.
8. Cookies, Local Storage and Analytics
We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, saved preferences and core application functionality. We may use product analytics and operational telemetry to understand reliability, diagnose errors and measure feature usage. Browser controls may limit some storage, but disabling required storage can prevent portions of the service from working.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, document consent, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, secure the platform and meet legal or contractual obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Information may persist in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect service data, including encrypted network connections and access controls appropriate to the systems involved. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting your own credentials and connected-account access.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information, and to appeal or opt out of certain processing. We will honor applicable rights subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. To submit a request, email tradevisiongpt@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
12. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Trade Vision account and associated personal information by contacting us. We may retain information that must be kept for transaction records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations or other permitted business purposes.
13. Children
Trade Vision's paid and trading features are intended for adults. We do not knowingly offer trading services to or collect personal information from children under 13, and users of paid/trading features must be at least 18.
14. International Use
Trade Vision is operated using service providers that may process data in the United States and other locations. By using the service, information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those where you live, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
15. Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process or valid governmental requests; enforce our agreements; protect users, the public or the service; investigate fraud or security incidents; or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
16. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy as the product, integrations or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate method when required.
